Anjuman Engineering College 2006 Batch (Sixers) – UAE Alumni Chapter, successfully organized Third Intra-Batch Cricket Tournament on 5th February 2022 at Thumbay International Cricket academy, Ajman – under the name of Winternalia 3.0.
It was indeed a challenge to organise such a big event during this pandemic situation. But, we were able to successfully execute it with the support of M/s Baniyas Tours, M/s Dutronix, M/s Emtech , M/s Airon Communications, M/s Joon, M/s Al Ain Way, M/s Unitel and M/s Tharayil Business Group.
The tournament was held by following all covid-19 protocols instructed by concerned authorities.
People across the Gulf and India were part of the event.

The logo of the tournament was earlier unveiled by Malayalam actor Sri, Renjith Menon at Crown plaza Cochin. UAE U19 cricket player Sri Yogesh Chand released tournament jerseys at Hilton Hotel Abu Dhabi.
Winternalia3.0 chairman, Mr Iyas Kaidakath inaugurated the event. Winternalia founder Mr Ahmed Jaseem, welcomed all distinguished guest for the final ceremony.
Champions title was distributed by AirOn telecom COO Mr Jithesh G Nair to Tharayil Business Group Sponsored Falcon Sixer’s captian Dinesh.
The runners trophy was distributed by dutronix CEO Mr Habeeb Pazheri to Airon sponsored Royal Sixers team captian Shameem Farhan
- Man of the matches were distributed by winternalia vice president Mr Shameem Thaithodi.
- Man of the Series were distributed by winternalia Secretary Mr Hijas Kuttichira to Falcon Sixer’s Dinesh Mangalore.
- The best Bowler price were distributed by winternalia Treasurer Mr Junaid Mukri Khandam to Falcon Sixer’s Ahmed Jaseem.
- The best Batsman price were distributed by winternalia Joint Secretary Mr Mohamed Movval to Royal’s Jaseem.
- Ex ISE/CSE lecturer Mr Fayas was honoured as the special guest of the event.
- Complimentary shields for the sponsors were distributed by Mr Shameel Arayilakth.
- The event concluded by vote of thanks of Mr Thouseef Hassan Pillai.
